<li>Provide support to the Habitat Construction Director, Volunteer Manager, volunteers, and homeowners</li>
<li>Assist the Construction staff in implementing the A Brush With Kindness program</li>
<li>Attend staff meetings and construction team meetings</li>

Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Contacting prospects and planning initial meetings, including agendas. Working with committee to identify long range goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Documenting all the successes of the programs, and creating written policies and procedure manuals for use by staff and committee members in subsequent years.</li>
<li>Interviewing Habitat families on video and written reports to collect their Habitat story.</li>
<li>Collecting and organizing historical photos and materials from builds beginning in 1990.</li>
<li>Planning, Creation, Dissemination and implementation of a 25th Anniversary Annual Report and create a process for these so they are sustainable processes for the future.</li>

<p>A family will be chosen in the coming weeks to partner with Habitat, and will provide at least 500 hours of its own “sweat equity” during the Falls Church construction.  As part of E*TRADE Bank’s sponsorship, the Company’s employees will also have the opportunity to take part by volunteering hours on the construction of this new home build.</p>
<p>“We are proud to support such an important organization and provide a positive impact in the communities we serve,” said Kelvin James, Director, Community Investment at E*TRADE.  “It is our hope that E*TRADE Bank’s partnership with Habitat for Humanity serves as a model and a call to others to get involved and make a difference.”</p>
