The Sandlot Gang is a group of dedicated people who come out to the building site on a regular basis showering determination, spirit, good sense of humor, willingness to learn and pass on knowledge to each work site.  Sandlot members serve as crew leaders on the build site that lead volunteers throughout the build day.

Sandlot members are “invited” to join the Sandlot Gang after demonstrating the following:

• Regular, dedicated attendance/work at the site (at least 1 day a week)
• Willingness to learn at least one phase of the building process (i.e. framing, drywall, etc.)
• Willingness to lead and train others
