Habitat NOVA Homeownership

Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia has expanded the number of families we serve, and interest in becoming a Habitat NOVA homebuyer is higher than ever. To manage this demand, we’ve closed our Homeownership Program Orientation Sessions until further notice. We do not expect sessions to re-open until Spring 2022.

Although registration is currently closed we encourage you to review the
requirements for our home-purchase program to determine if it is a good fit for you. Should Homeownership Program orientation session registration open up in the future, registration will be available on our website. You can also review other housing resources on our website.
